Our Sign Language Class

The Color Club is well-known for the diversity. Our working environment is welcoming people from different backgrounds, but we have something which are mutual: passionate, eager to learn new things and caring.

Last week, the members of The Color Club organized a useful sign language class for our employees to communicate better with deaf colleagues.

This class has a special meaning because somewhere in the world, deaf people are discriminated by the others due to their lack of hearing ability. However, we do not want any discrimination existing in our company and we try our best to bring each person’s values to our community.

This class helps to erase our communication barriers because of language differences and makes our employees closer together.
