Health and Safety at work

At The Color Club the safety and welfare of our employees is our number one priority and we believe that a happy and healthy staff is a more effective staff. We therefore go out of our way to ensure that all of our employees receive comprehensive training and instruction in relation to all relevant issues that affect the day-to-day operation of our business, as well as major issues confronting Vietnamese society today.

Health and Safety initiatives that we have taken to date have included:

Firefighting training; whereby all of our staff are provided with the basic skills required to both deal with and escape from conflagrations taking place within the office.

HIV Awareness; we have invited speakers from major AIDS prevention organizations to educate our staff about a condition that is currently a major issue affecting the whole of South East Asia.

First Aid skills; to prepare our staff for emergency and other situations that may take place at work, that require basic medical knowledge.
